Barley Lane Pre-school is a trade setting of Pedagogy Auras UK Ltd, a progressive childcare and education company which is directed by Meesha Chauhan who is also a nursery Manager of the Nursery setting Barley Lane Monessori Day Nursery.

Staff Training
All staff members are fully vetted and CRB checked.
All references are followed thoroughly and trained staffs are recruited.
Once a staff member joins they are fully inducted by the HR team and the manager.

Staff are continuously put on:

  • Continuing long term NVQ/apprenticeship training for achieving level 2/3/4 in childcare and education.


  • Internal trainings via Nursery Manager or other agencies is provided to the staff members.

  • Local education Authority Trainings every term we are given a Professional Development Training Programme diary by our local education authority team.
    Staff are booked on the trainings according to their specific training needs.

  • Apart from various training, staff meet once a month for regular staff meetings. In the staff meetings regular discussions about the curriculum, children, environment and professional development are held.
